We do not recommend, endorse, or recognize any external surgical aftercare facilities or recovery houses. To safeguard the integrity of your procedure and avoid any risk of miscommunication regarding post-operative protocols, we require that all patients adhere strictly to the individualized aftercare instructions provided by Dr. Gray. Deviations from these guidelines, even when well-intentioned, can impact healing and final results.
For Our Fly-In and Out-of-Town Patients
We advise arranging a trusted travel companion such as a family member or close friend to accompany you for the initial night following surgery and to assist with your return journey home. This personal support ensures continuity of care in a comfortable, familiar manner aligned precisely with your recovery plan.
If you are unable to travel with a companion or family member, we recommend securing a licensed private-duty nursing provider or concierge caregiver for the first 24 hours post-procedure. Your surgical team can offer general resources to help you identify qualified professionals who meet your specific needs, allowing you to maintain the privacy and personalized attention befitting your experience.
