Meghan Crotty, MSN, RN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Meghan Crotty, MSN, RN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve greater confidence through personalized aesthetic care and comprehensive wellness. Since joining Bay Area Plastic Surgery in 2021, she has become an integral part of the patient experience, providing compassionate support throughout the surgical journey while also offering a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Meghan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, before relocating to the Bay Area in 2020. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration at Regis College. Her clinical background includes experience in cardiac step-down, stroke care, orthopedic surgery, and bariatric surgery, giving her a strong medical foundation that complements her work in plastic surgery and aesthetics.
Working closely alongside Dr. Leonard Gray, Meghan assists patients from consultation through recovery and performs a variety of advanced, non-invasive treatments. Her services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, Potenza™ RF microneedling, Emface®, Emsculpt NEO®, and PRF hair restoration. She is especially recognized for her conservative approach to facial balancing, creating refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
In addition to aesthetics, Meghan is passionate about preventive health, weight management, and longevity. She is the founder and program director of The Inner Strength Method, a comprehensive wellness program that combines medical weight management, nutrition, exercise guidance, and sustainable lifestyle strategies. Believing that long-term success requires more than medication alone, she partners with patients to build healthy habits that improve overall health, strength, and confidence. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), allowing her to provide well-rounded guidance that supports both physical wellness and lasting results.
For Meghan, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the confidence her patients gain, whether through surgery, aesthetic treatments, or achieving their health and wellness goals. She believes every treatment should be personalized, thoughtfully planned, and focused on helping patients feel like the best version of themselves.
