In-Office Consultation ($200)
A private, unhurried session with Dr. Gray lasting approximately one hour. This includes a thorough review of your medical and surgical history, a detailed discussion of your personalized surgical plan, and ample time to address all your questions. Following the educational portion, Dr. Gray conducts a comprehensive examination, including implant sizing for those new to breast augmentation. Every step is tailored to your unique goals in a setting of complete privacy and professionalism.
Virtual Consultation ($100)
For our out-of-town patients or those just getting started on their journey, a focused 30-minute virtual appointment with Dr. Gray covers your history, goals, and a customized treatment plan. High-quality photos are strongly recommended in advance to refine the recommendations. While the physical examination and implant sizing are not included, you can schedule a brief follow-up visit at your convenience to complete these essential elements when you’re ready.

Payment Policy: A full payment is required at the time of booking, with a full refund issued for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Receiving Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Whether your goals involve surgical refinement or non-surgical enhancement, you will receive a truly bespoke treatment plan meticulously tailored to your anatomy, lifestyle, and aesthetic vision. This is a collaborative partnership between you and Dr. Gray and one that we consider essential to achieving results that feel both natural and transformative.
A special note on implant selection: Dr. Gray will never dictate your desired look. Instead, he provides thorough education on implant types, profiles, and dimensions, empowering you to make an informed choice that best complements your body and aspirations.
Following your consultation, our dedicated Surgical Coordinator, Alley will personally guide you through the next steps including scheduling and flexible payment options. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Alley brings a rare combination of expertise, warmth, and unwavering commitment to exceptional service. She approaches every challenge with resourcefulness and grace, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish.
Prepare with Confidence
Once your surgery date is confirmed, our team coordinates a seamless series of pre and post-operative appointments tailored to Dr Gray’s specific schedule. Our experienced anesthesia and nursing staff will personally review all pre-operative requirements, including any necessary diagnostic testing such as mammograms and bloodwork.
For out-of-town patients, we provide thoughtful assistance with travel recommendations and aftercare guidance, ensuring your stay is comfortable and efficient. Pre and post-operative visits are thoughtfully arranged around your travel itinerary, with clear recommendations on how long to remain near the practice.
Approximately two weeks prior to surgery, you will have a dedicated pre-operative appointment with Dr. Gray to review and finalize your surgical plan, allowing for any last adjustments. At this visit, augmentation patients will select their implant model and profile, while body contouring patients will be fitted for post-surgical garments and are expected to have achieved their target weight.
During this appointment (or a dedicated follow-up) our surgical nursing team will thoroughly walk you through all pre and post-operative instructions, medication protocols, and guidance on surgical garments and bra wear (for breast surgery patients). We take the time to address every question, so you feel fully informed and at ease.
Should any breast augmentation patient wish to revisit implant sizing or feel uncertain about their selection, we happily schedule an additional appointment. Your confidence and comfort are paramount. We will never rush this important decision.
Expert Surgical Care: Your Operating Room Experience
On the day of your procedure, you will arrive at our state-of-the-art, Quad A accredited surgical facility located adjacent to our office. From the moment you enter, our warm and highly experienced nursing staff and OR team greet you personally, having prepared every detail with your comfort and safety in mind.
You will undergo a thorough pre-operative check-in process that includes medication administration, vital signs assessment, health review, pregnancy screening (for female patients), anesthesia evaluation, and precise surgical markings performed by Dr. Gray.
Our seasoned operating room team operates as a seamless, well-orchestrated unit: efficient, precise, and deeply attentive. They are equally skilled at providing reassurance. Ensuring you feel supported and at ease throughout. You will be cared for by a dedicated team of four highly experienced professionals, including a board-certified anesthesiologist personally selected by Dr. Gray for their expertise in safety and personalized anesthesia care.
Following surgery, once you are stable for discharge, you will return to the comfort of your home or hotel. A trusted adult (whether a family member, friend, or caregiver) is required to be with you for the first 24 hours. Dr. Gray and our nursing team remain directly available for any questions or concerns that may arise, providing continuous peace of mind.

Recover and Reveal Your Results
Your journey continues with attentive, personalized follow-up care designed to support your healing every step of the way. You will have regularly scheduled post-operative visits with Dr. Gray through approximately four months after surgery. At each appointment, he will personally assess your progress, discuss the timing of your healing, guide you on safely reintroducing activities and exercise, and ensure proper fitting and use of post-operative garments.
All post-operative visits are included in your surgical package, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
Around the four-month mark, we capture your “after” photographs to document your beautiful results. This is the exciting moment when most patients graduate from regular scheduled visits, confident in their transformed appearance.
